From Scoop to Sip

Quick. Simple. Perfect.

Make your matcha in just a few simple steps for a perfect cup every time.

Step 1

Scoop

Add 1–2 tsp and sift the matcha into a bowl.

💡Tip: Using a strainer to sift matcha before adding water gives it an extra smooth texture.

Step 2

Pour

Pour in hot water 70–80°C (158–176°F).

💡Tip: Temperature controlled kettles are a life changer

Step 3

Whisk

Whisk in a quick zig-zag motion (M or W shape) until the matcha is fully dissolved and a light foam forms on top.

Step 4

Enjoy!

Pour onto your favourite milk for a creamy latte.

💡Tip: We found maple syrup to be the perfect sweetener.
