Shipping

We currently ship within Canada.

Estimated Shipping Times & Rates

Standard Shipping

• 3–5 business days
• Free on orders over $75
• $10.00–$12.00 on orders under $75, depending on location

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weekends, and holidays.

Returns & Order Issues

If there’s an issue with your order, please email us at hi@matchamornings.ca within 30 days of receiving it. We’ll review the issue and do our best to make it right.

Our support team aims to respond within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, or on the next business day if you contact us over a weekend or holiday.

During busy periods, replies may take a little longer, but we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.

Non-Returnable Items

Because matcha is a consumable product, we generally cannot accept returns or offer refunds on broken seal or opened matcha products.

We also cannot accept returns on used accessories.

Sale items and gift cards are always final sale.

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please reach out and we’ll be happy to help.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take a few business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
