We currently ship to addresses in Canada unless otherwise stated on our website.

Estimated shipping times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, holidays, customs, incorrect address details, or circumstances outside our control.

Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Final Sale Items

Because many of our products are consumable goods, certain items may be final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Unless otherwise stated in our Return Policy:

opened consumable products are not eligible for return;
items removed from their original sealed condition may not be returned;
return or issue requests must be submitted within [30] days of delivery; and
proof of purchase may be required.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly at hi@matchamorinings.ca with your order number and clear photos, where applicable.
